What to expect

Training with someone else works when the plan accounts for both of you.

Sound Fitness brings one coach to your home and runs two programs inside the same session, so you share the time, the space, and the routine while each person works at their own level.

Lower cost per person than booking two separate sessions

One coach, one drive, and one session block cover both people. Four partner sessions are $640 total ($80 each person per session), 12 are $1,800 ($75 each), and 24 are $3,360 ($70 each).

Two programs coached inside one session, matched to each starting point

Load, tempo, rest, and exercise selection are set separately for each of you and adjusted while you train. One person can be learning a squat pattern while the other adds weight to theirs.

Built-in accountability from the person you already live with

Canceling means canceling on someone across the kitchen table instead of deleting a calendar entry. The person training beside you also knows what you are working on, so the plan stays visible between visits.

One weekly time slot that works for both of you

Instead of two people hunting for two openings, you hold one recurring time in one house. A fixed weekly slot is easier to protect than two flexible ones.

Set up two stations and warm up together with individual adjustments

Your coach arranges the room so both people can move safely without waiting on the same equipment. You warm up together, but stance, range, and pace are adjusted separately.

Card 1

You and your partner want to train together, not on separate schedules

One block of time in your own home makes training part of the household routine instead of one more thing each of you schedules around the other.

Beginner-friendly strength training session
Card 2

You are at different levels and do not want to slow each other down

Two plans run inside one session, so the more experienced partner keeps progressing while the newer partner works on form and builds a base at a sensible pace.

Mobility-focused coaching support for stiffness
Card 3

You share a home with a roommate, friend, or adult child who wants to start

Partner training is not only for couples. Any two adults who share an address and a workable hour can train in the same session.

Structured programming and accountability support
Card 4

You want private coaching at a lower cost per person

One coach and one home visit serve both of you. The session stays private in your own space rather than turning into a small group class.
