What to expect

Training on your own works better when someone else is still writing the plan.

Online and hybrid coaching keeps your programming, your form feedback, and your weekly check-ins in place, whether your coach is in the room that week or not.

Programming written for you and sent out each week

The movements, sets, loading, and progressions are chosen for your goal, your equipment, and the days you can actually train. The plan changes as you do instead of repeating the same week.

Video form checks on the lifts you want reviewed

Send a short clip and get cues back on setup, range, and pacing. Technique still gets coached in a week with no session on the calendar.

Weekly check-ins that keep the next block moving

You report what felt heavy, what got skipped, and what changed in your schedule. Your coach writes from that instead of guessing.

Hybrid scheduling that mixes in-home sessions with solo weeks

Some clients keep one or two in-home visits a month and train alone the rest of the time. The in-person work covers what is hardest to coach through a screen, and the written plan carries the weeks in between.

Open the current plan and choose the workout or technique priority for the call

The coaching time begins inside the plan you are already following. You and your coach focus on the session, lift, or scheduling problem that will make the rest of the week more productive.

Simple in-home training setup in a living space

You moved out of the service area but want the same coaching

A move out of the Seattle and Eastside area usually means starting over with someone new. Remote coaching keeps the plan, the history, and the coach who already knows how you train.

Beginner-friendly strength training session
Card 2

You travel for work and cannot hold a fixed session time

Programming can be built around hotel gyms, minimal equipment, and weeks that fall apart. Training gets adjusted around your trips instead of dropped for the month.

Mobility-focused coaching support for stiffness
Card 3

You want a lighter monthly commitment than weekly sessions

In-home visits can drop to once or twice a month while the programming, video feedback, and weekly check-ins stay in place around them.

Structured programming and accountability support
Card 4

You train mostly solo but want a plan and accountability

You already show up on your own. What tends to be missing is a progression that keeps moving forward and someone who notices when it stops working.
