Get the right answer for your next step

Ask about service fit, scheduling, location, member support, or whether personal training, assisted stretch, or a blended plan makes sense.

Start with the concern

What do you need help with?

Choose the route that matches the question. The goal is to make the next reply useful, not to make you fill out the wrong thing.

Current member support

For Client Hub access, provider coordination, billing questions, scheduling details, or account changes, use the hub if your account is active or send a support note.

I am not sure where to start

Have a question about personal training, assisted stretch, or a blended plan? Send a quick inquiry first—no full assessment needed.

Do you come to my area?

Check the cities and the radius first. Sound Fitness focuses on Seattle and the Eastside, and towns just past the edge are confirmed case by case.

I need scheduling help

Share the windows that usually work, how soon you want to start, and whether you prefer text, phone, or email.

I want to refer someone

For a friend, family member, neighbor, or a provider sending a patient. You can also refer without sharing their contact details.

Common questions

FAQ before you reach out

A few answers for the concerns people usually have before asking for help.

01What should I send if I am not ready to book?

Send the concern first: your goal, city, what feels hard right now, and when you are usually available. You do not need a perfect plan before reaching out.

02What if I have pain, stiffness, or a limitation?

Mention what movements bother you, what has helped, and whether you want strength training, assisted stretch, or a more careful return-to-training plan.

03Can I ask about a parent, partner, or provider referral?

Yes. Include who needs support, the main concern, the city, and whether you are coordinating care, scheduling, or general fitness support.

04What is the fastest way to get a real answer?

Text START for a quick question. Use the assessment or quick interest form when the answer depends on goals, schedule, location, or home setup.

05Do I need equipment at home?

No full gym is required. Share what you have, even if it is just floor space, bands, adjustable dumbbells, or an apartment gym.
